In the heart of Santa Claus Village, just steps away from the winter activities, you’ll find Köök by Gallis, our small, seasonal food cart designed to bring warmth and comfort to cold Arctic days.
Köök by Gallis is inspired by the same simplicity and gentle hospitality that define Restaurant Gallis. Here, the focus is on calm, comforting flavors served in a relaxed and approachable way. It’s a place for a quiet pause between adventures, a moment to warm up your hands, and a small taste of Gallis enjoyed outdoors.
What We Serve
At Köök by Gallis, the menu is intentionally simple and crafted for winter days. We serve warm porridge and our King Crab Soup, two comforting bowls that bring gentle warmth to the Arctic air.
The Köök Porridge is a creamy rice porridge served with cranberry granola, baked apple, currants, browned butter and cinnamon caramel. You can also choose your own toppings to create your preferred combination. Alongside the porridge, you’ll find our King Crab Soup, a beloved dish from Restaurant Gallis, known for its rich flavour and northern simplicity.
Both bowls are designed to offer a calm moment, something warm to enjoy between winter activities in Santa Claus Village.

You’ll find Köök by Gallis in Santa Claus Village Rovaniemi, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of the Arctic Circle.
