Our Private Dinner is exclusively available for guests staying in our Premium Lodge, offering a more intimate and personalised dining experience shaped by the season and your wishes.
Created by our kitchen team, each evening is designed to feel unhurried, atmospheric and quietly memorable.
A menu inspired by the season
The experience is built around a five-course menu, created using the finest seasonal ingredients and inspired by the natural rhythm of the Arctic.
Each menu reflects both the season and the wishes of our guests, combining carefully selected ingredients with a sense of storytelling and quiet surprise.

The menu may feature elements such as northern game, Finnish poultry, wild fish, shellfish or seasonal vegetable-based dishes, always with an emphasis on quality, locality and responsibility.

The experience is offered as an enhancement to the Half Board.
