Sustainability Promise
At Glass Resort, the pristine nature of Lapland and environmental values are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to sustainable development in all our operations, from eco-conscious construction to responsible business practices that minimize environmental impact.
We use renewable energy sources such as geothermal heating and green electricity, and continuously work to improve energy and water efficiency. Our materials and partners are carefully selected based on shared environmental values, while recycling and reducing plastic remain key priorities.
Nordic design defines our interiors, and our restaurant highlights pure, nutrient-rich ingredients from Lapland’s unspoiled nature. We also aim to inspire our guests to embrace environmentally responsible choices.

Environmental responsibility is integrated into our decision-making, including strategic planning, the development of our services and products, and the allocation of resources.
Cultural and social sustainability are equally important: we treat our employees and guests with respect, fairness, and equality. Glass Resort is part of the Visit Finland Sustainable Travel Finland program and holds the EcoCompass environmental certification, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable values in both practice and communication.

Longer days, returning light, and a subtle shift in ingredients guide us toward freshness and lightness in starters and desserts while main courses remain rich and satisfying.
