On New Year’s Eve 2025, Restaurant Gallis invites guests to celebrate with a four-course gala dinner, created to honor the flavors of the North in our signature style of quiet luxury and simplicity.
The evening begins with a trio of elegant Nordic snacks, followed by dishes that highlight the season’s finest ingredients and the balanced craftsmanship that defines Gallis cuisine. Both classic and vegetarian menu options are available.

Early dinner: 16:00–16:30
Late dinner: 21:30–22:30
