We’re excited to open our doors for the next season on 18th of September 2025, just in time for one of the most breathtaking times of year in Lapland. Early autumn in Rovaniemi marks the beginning of the ruska season, when the forests glow in rich shades of gold, crimson and amber. It’s a short but magical time, perfect for peaceful walks, striking photography and simply taking in the serene beauty of Arctic nature as it begins to shift toward winter.
At Restaurant Gallis, the new season brings a refreshed à la carte menu that highlights fresh local ingredients and subtle, seasonal flavors, designed to reflect the rhythm and beauty of Arctic nature. Guests are invited to enjoy atmospheric dinners in a warm, Nordic-inspired setting, with breakfast service starting the following morning.
