As autumn settles over Lapland and the forests prepare for winter’s quiet, Gallis celebrates the richness of the season. From 20 October to 2 November 2025, our kitchen turns its attention to the deep and earthy flavors of Finnish game, crafting a three-course menu that honors the wild ingredients of the North.

During our Game Weeks, local venison and willow grouse are paired with forest mushrooms, cranberries, and herbs that capture the essence of October. Each dish is prepared with respect for the ingredients and a touch of Nordic refinement — a reflection of nature’s transition from colour to calm.
