Signature lunch at Gallis is a pre-reserved dining experience, created for groups who wish to gather and enjoy a tranquil moment together.
Signature Lunch
Served between 12 and 2 PM from Monday to Saturday the experience unfolds at a gentle pace. Sunday bookings are available with special arrangements.
Designed for groups of a minimum of eight guests, the menu is built around a three-course selection inspired by our current à la carte and the finest seasonal ingredients from the North. Each dish reflects the essence of Lapland, with a focus on local ingredients and a calm, refined expression, presented in a lighter and more delicate form than our evening service. Freshly baked bread, pure Arctic water, and coffee or tea complete the experience.
Seasonal Menu
Menus evolve with the seasons and are designed as a unified experience for the entire group. Guests may choose from a thoughtful selection of starters, main courses, and desserts.
Main courses may include fish, beef, duck, or lamb, with a vegetarian option available upon request. For those seeking a deeper connection to the North, reindeer or other local game can be pre-ordered.
For younger guests, a dedicated menu is available, offering a relaxed and welcoming dining experience.

Adults: 59 € per person
Children (3–12 years): 39 € per person
Reindeer or game main course supplement: 12 € per person
Includes a three-course menu, freshly baked bread, coffee or tea, and pure Arctic water.
Designed for groups of a minimum of eight guestes, Signature Lunch fis served from Monday to Saturaday between 12 and 2 PM from Monday to Saturday. Sunday bookings are available with special arrangements.
