Our Private Dinner is exclusively available for guests staying in our Premium Lodge, offering a more intimate and personalized dining experience shaped by the season and your wishes. Created by our kitchen team, each evening is designed to feel unhurried, atmospheric and quietly memorable.

A menu inspired by the season

The experience is built around a five-course menu, created using the finest seasonal ingredients and inspired by the natural rhythm of the Arctic. Each menu reflects both the season and the wishes of our guests, combining carefully selected ingredients with a sense of storytelling and quiet surprise. To preserve the experience, the exact menu is shared prior to arrival only upon request.

A more personal way to dine

Private Dinner is designed to feel flexible and personal. We are happy to hear your wishes in advance, and dietary requirements are always carefully taken into account. For guests staying multiple nights, it is also possible to discuss preferences for upcoming evenings on site with our chef or service team.

To complement the evening, selected extras such as caviar and wines from our cellar list are available. These are presented in connection with your stay, allowing each dinner to be shaped according to your preferences.

Pricing & Availability

Exclusively available for guests staying in our Premium Lodge, the Private Dinner is a refined dining experience designed as an enhancement to the Half Board. Individually tailored upon request, the evening unfolds through a carefully curated five-course menu inspired by the finest seasonal ingredients. As each dinner is carefully planned and prepared in advance by our chef, reservations are required prior to arrival.

The experience is available for an additional 1250€ per dinner for up to nine guests.
